Languages Kola speaks

Customers pick up the phone and are helped in the language they are most comfortable in. Kola for Banks supports English, Nigerian Pidgin and Yoruba.

Nigerian English

Every call opens in clear, warm Nigerian English. Kola then asks which language the customer would rather use.

For customers who speak Pidgin day to day, Kola can carry the whole conversation in Pidgin, from a wallet check to finishing verification.

Kola can speak Yoruba for customers who prefer it, so a Yoruba speaker can handle a wallet check or verification without switching to English.
